With Christmas right around the corner, it’s the perfect time to try our Christmas Vocabulary Lesson!

This eight-page lesson is in the Holidays section of our Word Bank. It starts off with a fun, colorful picture dictionary and is followed by a variety of activities that will help your young learners stay engaged while they review the new words. Activities include a matchup, word choice, word search, word scramble, and spelling bee. This lesson ends with discussion questions so that your students can try using the new vocabulary in context. 3 Christmas Tree Crafts for English Class

If you’re a teacher or parent, Pinterest is probably your favorite site at this time of year. This year, I’ve used Pinterest to find inspiration for gifts, cards, parties, and treats. Pinterest is also great for crafts!

Are you looking for holiday crafts to use with your English learners? Here are three very simple Christmas tree crafts to try. Use one or all of these crafts to review English colors, shapes, sizes, and prepositions of place. Your students will also practice following instructions.
